| Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator of the Access Center |

Greet and assist faculty, staff, and students upon entering of the office, answer multi-line telephone system, take messages, and assist Access Center personnel as directed. |

File incoming tests and hand deliver outgoing tests. Perform other clerical duties as assigned. |

General office maintenance including: straightening and organizing cabinets, cleaning of computers and study areas. |
