SUB CODE: ADMGEN
FUNCTION: Concourse Reception and Services, Admission Reception and Services, Clirical Support and other duties as assigned. 

% of TIME JOB DUTIES SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
50% Concourse Reception: Provide assistance and answer general questions regarding Admissions, special programs, events and college personnel.
  • Telephone skills
  • Public relations skills
  • Overall knowledge of college operations.
  • Typing skills
  • Data Entry
30% Admissions Reception: Schedule admission appointments. Process confirmation & follow up letters, serve as first contact, reception for visitors.
20% Clerical Support: Concourse / Admissions telephone coverage, provide clerical support, perform word processing and data entry operations.
5% Campus Tours: Provide customized tours to prospective students, guests, high school, and other interest groups.
5% Coding: Serve as a back up in coding office to reduce the possibility of error.
