FUNCTION: Under the direct supervision of the Dean of Arts and Sciences

% of TIME JOB DUTIES SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
80% Greet and assist students and visitors upon entering the office.
Answer D-term multi-line telephone system.
Copy, collate, and staple for instructors and staff using Xerox and risograph.
Assist the Arts and Sciences receptionist and administrative assistant as needed.
Sort and distribute department mail.
Deliver and pick up materials to/from bookstore, warehouse, and Hocking College Library.

Perform clerical duties and other tasks as assigned by instructors and staff.

Perform office maintenance, including vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, watering plants, and tidying up of office area.
