FUNCTION: Under the Direct Supervision of Bookstore Manager

% of TIME: JOB DUTIES: Skills & Knowledge
70% Customer Service - Helping Students find books & supplies needed for classes, Checking them out, Answer questions over phone.
  • Cash Register operation
  • Computer operation
  • Knowledge of courses & materials that go with them
  • Telephone Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Math Skills
20%
Checking in merchandise, pricing, shelving, running errands.
10%
General maintenance skills , cleaning, sweeping, dusting, etc.
