50%	Assist technician in major repairs	Some mechanical skills Knowledge of safe working practices Willing to get dirty Good interpersonal skills
20%	Preventative maintenance on equipment
10%	Minor repair of equipment with limited supervision
10%	Power washing and lubrication of 20 pieces of equipment
10%	Clean shop and facilities
