Early Learning Center Fees and Tuition

Payments: Payments must be made by the third (3) of each month. Checks should be made out to Hocking College Early Learning Center. All families who have checks returned to the Early Learning Center due to insufficient funds will be charged $50.00.

Activity Fee: Annual $50.00

Registration Fee: Annual $25.00

Late Tuition: Failure to pay fees or co-pays will result in daily late fee charges per child. Also non-payment may result in suspension of services. Late Pick-Up Fee: Children are to be picked up from the Center within 30 minutes of their parent/guardian leaving school, training classes or work. Parents/guardians must give written notification to inform your child's teacher that another authorized person will be picking up the child (ren). If a child is still at the Center after 5:30 p.m., all attempts will be made to contact the parent/guardian and emergency pick-up person(s). Nursing/feeding parents can utilize our space to feed/nurse their children but must be finished and signed out no later than 5:15.p.m.

The Center closes promptly at 5:15 p.m. All children must be collected/signed out by that time. A late fee of $5 per 5-minute increment will be charged, beginning at 5:16 PM until the child is picked up. This fee will be calculated using the clock over the sign-in/out desk and is due and payable before the next arrival time. Failure to pay late fees or more than two late pick-ups may result in mandatory early pick-up/ termination.

Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services provide benefits for childcare, to those families meeting eligibility requirements. It is each family's responsibility to apply for their benefits at their own county Jobs and Family Services.

Termination Policy

The Center requests ten (10) days written notice before a child is withdrawn. In the event that it is necessary for a child to be dis-enrolled by the Center, a ten (10) day written notice will be given to the parent/guardian and, upon request, assistance with appropriate referrals.
