Transcript FAQs
  • Request for transcripts of student academic records cannot be processed by telephone or email.

    Request can be in the form of a letter with signature or online. The letter must include the following information:

    • Full Name, typed or printed, with any former names.
    • Signature
    • Student ID or Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Date of Enrollment
    • Number of transcripts requested
    • Address(es) where transcript(s) should be sent (need exact address)
    • Your day time telephone number and email address
    • Proper Fee
    • Any special request

  • Yes. The fee for transcripts mailed within three business days is $5 per transcript. If special delivery is requested, it will be an additional fee depending on the charge of the delivery company. An additional $5 convenience fee is charged when paying with any type of credit card.

  • Transcripts are usually mailed within three business days. You can obtain a copy of your transcript the same day by requesting it in person at the Cashier & Records Office.

  • No. Transcripts are sent by regular mail. Certain users of transcripts, such as college admission offices, require that transcript be mailed directly to them, refusing hand-delivered transcripts. We do not fax official transcripts.

  • Because all academic records are official, an "unofficial transcript" may not be ordered.
