Hocking College recently began construction of a 400–bed dormitory complex on its campus in Nelsonville, Ohio. The $18 million Student Housing project will feature two “high–tech lodge” buildings that incorporate a shared double design as well as study lounges and social lounges.

Green building design is being incorporated wherever possible. The buildings will “step” up the hillside location to create a natural presentation and allow for the best view of the Hocking Valley. Anticipated opening date is Summer 2008.
