Types of Financial Aid

There are several types of Financial Aid available:

Grants
Grants are FREE sources of aid based on financial need. They do NOT need to be paid back.

Scholarships
Scholarships are FREE sources of aid, usually based on need and/or merit.

Loans
Loans are a source of aid that MUST be paid back.

Student Employment
Working can help you to pay for college.

Veteran's Benefits
