Commencement will be held Sunday, June 10, 2012 in the Student Center on the Hocking College campus. The following two ceremonies will be held:

10:30 a.m. Session

• School of Health and Nursing
• School of Natural Resources

2:30 p.m. Session

• Hocking College Energy Institute
• McClenaghan Center for Hospitality Training
• School of Arts and Sciences
• School of Engineering, Business and Computer Information Technology
• School of Public Safety Services

Students may invite as many people to the ceremony as they wish, as the event does not require a ticket. Students will receive 10 graduation announcements with their caps and gowns. Additional announcements will be available to purchase in packs of ten.

Students will be able to obtain their caps, gowns and invitations at the Bookstore. However, students must have a zero balance on their account to pick-up their graduation regalia. Members of Phi Theta Kappa can earn their graduation stole through their chapter or purchase one at ptk.org. Members of Alpha Mu Delta can purchase or rent a graduation stole from their chapter.

Commencement Flowers will again offer flowers for sale at graduation. This year, they will also offer t-shirts with the graduates' names. Wilson's Studio will also take photographs of all graduates and offer them for sale. Additional information on this will follow.

A reception following each commencement exercise will be held in front of the Student Center.

Cap, Gown and Announcements
Bookstore, After May 16
Obtain your cap and gown, available in a variety of sizes, and ten announcements at no charge to graduates. Additional announcements will be available in packs of ten. Your college account must have a zero balance.

Graduation Practice
All graduates participating in commencement are required to attend one practice, regardless of ceremony time.
