Policy Statement:

It is the policy of Hocking College that discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities is
prohibited. Pursuant to the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), Titles I and II of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the College provides
