Nine students and Giles Lee, Director of Co-curricular Activities, traveled to Staten Island to help the Bawatnehs, a family whose house was badly damaged by the hurricane. The group left Hocking College on Friday, November 16 and returned Sunday, November 18. For additional information, visit The Athens Messenger for their coverage of the trip. See the YouTube Video for photos of the trip. Kudos and congratulations to all the students and staff involved in this important volunteer effort! |
