Annabelle Mathis Scholarship

The Annabelle Mathis Scholarship Fund was established in 1999 to honor the memory and lasting contributions of Annabelle Mathis who, for 20 years, served as a Communications Instructor in the Arts and Sciences Department of Hocking College. During those years, Annabelle greatly impressed her colleagues with her dedication, commitment, and professionalism, and she touched the lives of countless students with whom she shared her remarkable ability in, and enthusiasm for, imparting communication skills. This scholarship honors her memory and her dedication to advancing the education of deserving students.

Scholarships are awarded each semester for autumn and spring term. Applications are due by the end of the seventh week of each term in order to be awarded for the following term.
