50% Responsible for the duplication of all classroom and lab materials and handouts

40% Responsible for phone coverage, screening of calls, and taking phone messages for faculty
Daily Responsible for mail sorting and distribution
10% May be responsible for assisting or setting up, and cleaning labs for faculty
Continual Meeting and greeting public as they enter the Public Safety Office
10% Run errands and post assignments for faculty who may be absent
10% Separate, sort, and distribute all college -wide memos and printouts, such as class lists, advisor lists etc.
10% Other duties as assigned
