At the 740 Rescue Kitchen, our mission is to fight hunger, reduce food waste, and strengthen our community by transforming surplus food into nutritious meals for those in need. Through the power of collaboration, sustainability, and compassion, we work to ensure that good food never goes to waste and that every person has access to a warm, healthy meal.
We network with food banks, grocers, food manufacturers, incubators, restaurants, and more, creating a robust network of organizations dedicated to reducing food waste and ensuring resources are shared efficiently. By doing so, we aim to shrink the food waste percentage in the state, ensuring more food reaches those in need.
By mobilizing volunteers, partnering with local organizations, and fostering a culture of giving, we strive to create a hunger-free, waste-free future—one meal at a time.
