Participants will learn how to prepare several types of risottos.  The chef will cover seafood, vegetarian and meat based risottos.  Students will prepare two types of risotto and sit down and dine on their creations.  A salad fresh bread and complementary glass of wine will be provided along with a dessert.  Perfect evening for friend’s night out or that fun date.
