80% Greet and assist students, faculty, staff members, and guests as they enter the office; Answer multi-line telephone system; assist residents with package retrieval / mailbox keys.

10% Perform clerical duties as assigned
5% Post college sponsored event posters in the building; Assist with mailings; bulletin board displays.
5% Assist in office cleaning & maintenance including vacuuming, dusting etc.
