Verification is the process of checking the information reported on your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for accuracy. If your application is selected, the Office of Financial Aid Services is required to collect certain financial documents. Information from these documents is then compared to your FAFSA information and changes made when necessary.

Any FASFA submitted can be randomly selected for verification. If you are selected for verification, we will notify you and request any forms that are needed. Respond quickly with the needed information, as your aid cannot be finalized until verification is completed.
