Hocking College is committed to creating a safe, supportive learning and working environment for all members of the campus community.

The college depends on community members to identify and report behaviors of concern so that the college can provide distressed students and employees with appropriate support services and resources.

We are all responsible for campus safety. If you see something, say and do something about it — report any concerning behavior or suspicious activity using the forms below.

Student Misconduct

This form should be used to report behavior(s) by individual students that may be in violation of the Student Code of Conduct Handbook or any Hocking College policy.

Academic Dishonesty

Use this form to report academic dishonesty, academic misconduct or academic fraud. Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating, plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, or deceiving an instructor.

COVID-19 Health and Safety 

All members of the university community have a responsibility to report alleged violations to the Office of Community Standards and Accountability. When submitting a report, please provide a description of the behavior and, if possible, provide as much detail as possible, including any additional documentation you may have.

Residence Life

This form is used to report behavior/concerns of individual students who may be in violation of the Hocking College Residence Life Handbook or other behaviors that occur in residence halls. Examples of this include roommate disputes, unclean rooms, possession of prohibited items in the dorm rooms.

Use this form to report allegations of sexual misconduct.

Behavior Intervention Team

This form is used to report behaviors, concerns or actions observed that may pose a risk of harm to self or others.  Following a referral or information submission, the Behavior Intervention Team will, when appropriate, identify treatment and/or referral recommendation options to the student, toward the ultimate goals of student health, safety, success and retention.
