% of Time Job Duties Skills & Knowledge
70% Greet and assist faculty, staff, and students upon entering of the office, answer multi-line telephone system, take messages, and assist Access Center personnel as directed.

25% File incoming tests and hand deliver outgoing tests. Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
5% General office maintenance including: straightening and organizing cabinets, cleaning of computers and study areas.
