The ID office and Helpdesk moved Friday, September 7 to its new location at Light Hall 181. The move was spurred in an effort to design a more functional ID and Helpdesk area. The design offers immediate walkup or phone assistance for ID card creation, password assistance, meal plan information, ticket maintenance and general technical support. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
