Eleanor A. Minister Scholarship

Eleanor Minister was a resident of Athens County and a strong supporter of community and civic organizations. The scholarship was established to honor Eleanor and her dedication to the physically disabled. The scholarship is available to students with a documented physical disability who are residents of Athens County. Funds may be used for educational expenses including tuition, fees, books, room, board and transportation.
