Discover U Career Exploration Camp

Explore career pathway opportunities at Discover U Career Exploration Camp, a camp that will introduce you to a world of career possibilities that we can help prepare you to enter after high school graduation.
At Discover U, students will engage in several hands-on actives during each day of camp and will explore all of the different areas of study that Hocking College has to offer. These areas of study include:
- Arts, Business & Science
- Workforce
- Culinary
- Natural Resources
- Health
- Public Safety
Students will leave camp each day with a takeaway item from the day's explorations and activities.
The goal of this camp is to give students entering grades 7-12 the opportunity to explore different in-demand career fields and to participate in activities geared to give them a better idea of a career pathway that they may want to follow through high school and after graduation.
This camp is non-residential and will run Monday-Wednesday (June 3-5) from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Price to attend is $75.
