1. Apply for admissions: Apply online at apply.hocking.edu.
2. Visit campus: Email the Admissions office at admissions@hocking.edu or call 740-753-7050 to schedule a visit.
3. Consider on-campus housing options: If elected, apply for housing by going to apply.hocking.edu and logging in as an existing admissions applicant. There is a $60 non-refundable application fee, $250 security deposit, and if using a credit card there is a $5 processing fee. 1. Self-Service: Use to access your personal information, check financial aid status, view class schedule, register for classes, plan your course of study, view transcripts, grades, and more. To setup Self-Service:
   • Go to Self-Service quicklink at the top of this page or click here.
   • Click "Reset my password."
   • Enter personal information, username and Hocking ID (mailed to you with acceptance letter). Check "I'm not a robot" box and click "Reset Password" to finalize.
   • If you have additional questions, reference the Live Chat Help or call 740-753-6113.
2. E-mail: Login with Self-Service username and password by going to the Email quicklink at the top of this page or by clicking here.
3. Download the Hocking College app: The Hocking College app is available in both Android and iOS App stores. Click here from a mobile device to download.

Apply for Financial Aid

1. Apply for financial aid: To be considered for any kind of student financial assistance, including grants, scholarships, loans or student employment, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.gov. Our school code is 007598.
2. Use the financial aid portal on Self-Service: Check financial aid status, view and accept awards, complete required documents.

1. Complete any pre-registration requirements: Check your acceptance letter to learn if your program has any additional enrollment criteria required prior to registration or starting classes.
2. Attend a QuickStart registration event: Register online here.

Confirm Other Seat-Ready Items

(Prior to the first day of classes)

1. Submit Selective Service number to the Registrar's Office: Males 18-26 can submit the Selective Service application online at www.sss.gov.
2. Submit official high school or GED transcripts, and College or University transcripts: Official transcript must be submitted by the awarding school through a formal transcript service or through the US Postal Service. Emailed, faxed, or hand carried transcripts are not accepted. For more information, please visit www.hocking.edu/transcript-request or contact us at 740-753-7042.
3. Confirm financial aid is complete.
4. Confirm payment is in place: Pay tuition and fees at the Cashier's Office. Contact us at 740-753-7029.
